Sustainable Development,Go For Neohumanism

 Sustainable Development,Go For Neohumanism

From the books of Speaking Tree

We all strive for all-round development in  every sphere of life And the path of development may be physical, psychic, or spiritual .We also want happiness in our lives. This panoramic world is limited and, hence, when we run after material pleasures, name and fame, one day realisation dawns that limited material pleasures cannot quench our unlimited thirst.

Mental development, in other words, broadening our mental pabulum, is only possible through spiritual practices, such as meditation. According to the book, one has to move subjectively through objective adjustment. We cannot ignore this material world and, hence, should strive for scientific innovations to make life comfortable, and the fruit of scientific development should permeate to all.

We need to build a society where everybody gets ample opportunity to develop oneself in all strata of existence- physical, mental and spiritual and also balance these three strata. In this journey, morality will be the base, sadhana, meditation, the means: and life divine, the goal. 'Moral principles' means practice of yam and niyam in everyday life. Spirituality is not a utopian idea. It can be practised in day-to-day life but needs sincerity .

We have to develop a social order wherein basic necessities of life-food, clothing, shelter, education and medicine are guaranteed to every one. We need to follow Bhagavat Dharma, which has four pillars-vistar, expansion; rasa, flow: seva, self-less service, and tadstiti, Self-realisation.This world is a thought projection of Cosmic Entity and all are progeny of Supreme Father.

As a guardian of creation, we have an extra responsibility to take care of plant and animal kingdoms. So, we must plan in such a way that our development becomes sustainable in nature. When our love transcends boundaries of humanism and includes all animate and inanimate objects, we land in the world of Neohumanism. Neohumanism is elixir for          sustainable development of humanity in all strata of existence -physical, mental and spiritual. According to the book, Neohumanism is humanism of past, humanism of present, and humanism- newly explained of future. Explaining humanity and humanism in a new light will widen the path of human progress and will make it easier to tread.

Neohumanism will help us realise that we humans, as thoughtful and intel- ligent beings in this created universe, have to accept greater responsibility of taking care of universe, responsibility for entire universe rests on us.

Spirituality is an internal journey devoid of all types of narrow sentiments like geo-sentiment, socio-sentiment, and religious sentiments. For spiritua lists, only "ism' is universalism. Every thing in this world is an expression of Supreme Father Our journey is from crude to subtle and in this blissful Journey every one of us has equal birthright. Endeavour to merge the unit mind with cosmic mind is true yog Yog is for our all-round development and, hence, should be practised with utmost sincerity It is our moral responsibility to bring society on the path of spirituality so that a feeling of love for all can be generated in each one of us.

Match The Wavelength, Flow Like A Stream

Match The Wavelength, Flow Like A Stream

According news writer Arup Mitra from the Books of Speaking Tree

In the Indic tradition of spiritual and cultural pursuits, classical music and dance play a pivotal role in exploring the depth of one's existence, offering unconditional joy to rejuvenate life thoroughly. The Natya Shastra of Bharat, a Sanskrit treatise on the performing arts, is considered as the pancham, fifth, Ved. In fact, classical dance is treated as the greatest form of sadhana as it takes the body, mind and the inner existence to a state of high-level equilibrium. It helps open the doors to ultimate realisation.

The logicality which is involved in following the derivations of mathematical/statistical sciences is the same as that of pursuing the rhythm in music and dance. The first-time derivation of a density function and moment generating function of a random variable is a discovery –not innovation-because for a technical person it is the realisation of something which already exists. It is through the matching of the wavelength that one is able to perceive what flows like a stream. The analogy can be drawn to explain how rhythm works in us.

In fact, nothing exists without a cadence: starting from an atom to huge planets, everything is being set in a rhythmic motion. Because of this rhythm, the universe is a cosmos and not a chaos. The lord of the universe is conceptualised as a dancing manifestation- Nataraj: life and death, the twins, dance with every movement of the supreme dancer, as Tagore perceived.

It is the merging of the unheard and what can be TREE experienced through sense organs that gives us satiety. The inner spirit in us is restlessness, we try to trace the right track. Once one among us achieves it, the others also benefit. The Puranas say that Bhagirath with his untiring patience and perseverance brought the Ganga to the planes true, if the Ganga of knowledge can be discovered by one, many others can benefit.

All this concept of rhythm is not complex to understand. A little silence, a little withdrawal from the madding crowd is required to realise. Otherwise, the enormous potential of the mind remains lost in the midst of the daily trifles. Dhyan is nothing but a method to tune ourselves to catch the wavelength of that implicit rhythm which is in play in a continuous manner.

The greatest joy emanates as we are able to get that internal rhythm to flow in our day-to-day activity. This entails the creation of a new world because the internal rhythm is all-inclusive; it cannot entertain selfishness. In the welfare of the larger entity is involved the individual well-being: the vice versa may be true in a highly limited sense. Spiritualism always addresses the vast.

LET THE LITTLE NEGATIVITY LEAVE YOUR MIND AND CONVERT INTO POSITIVE

LET THE LITTLE NEGATIVITY  LEAVE YOUR MIND AND CONVERT  INTO POSITIVE

FROM THE BOOKS OF SPEAKING TREE

According to Vaastu,Astrology,Krishna’s information and knowledge and various indian sages written granth and books, lack of self confidence and deep rooted feelings of self doubt and insecurity are serious problems that have negatively impacted our lives today. In all walks of life,we come across people “who are inwardly afraid, who shrink from life, who suffer from a deep sense of inadequacy, who doubt their own powers”. They are constantly haunted by some sinister fear that some unfortunate occurrence is going to take place.

When being unable to cope with adverse situations in life,we often hear people making negative statements like “Iam finished”. Life has become a veritable hell for me”.This sort of mindset where one sees no glimmer of hope is detrimental not only to one’s physical and mental well being but also to the aspirations of youngsters who want to make it big in life.

If a person has been grappling with a difficult situation for a long period without being able to resolve the issue, it is probably because they have told themselves that finding a solution to the problem is next to impossible and that nothing can be done to remedy the situation. Thus, persistent negative thoughts create a groove in the brain, influencing one’s actions and thoughts, often against our wishes.

If in our thoughts we constantly dwell upon sinister expectations of dire events that night occur, the result will be constant dominance of thoughts of despondency and pessimism in the mind.”Don’t go crawling through life on your hands and knees half defeated,” as said by our various sages from their written books and further said”Stand upto your obstacles and do something about them.

You will find that they haven’t half the strength you think they have.”

According to Ancient knowledge and information as said by our Lord Krishna and various sages, that instead of constantly grumbling about our problems,we should adopt the “ I don’t  believe in defeat’ attitude and endeavor to face the challenging situation with fortitude.Try to impart positivity to your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND by eliminating the “LITTLE NEGATIVES” that are a part of your day-to-day thought and speech.A few examples of the “Little Negatives are” Iam sure my blood report  will reveal some serious disease.” I get feeling that the place might crash” , Iam sure my blood report will reveal some serious disease” Though at the face value such statements appear innocucous .but ,if not obliterated from the mind ugently , these may assume dangerous proportions at a later stage, making one’s life miserable.

Paramhansa Yogananda says that man’s brain is full of “can’t which have to be disdainfully cauterized if one is to move forward in life and attain success. The Supreme being, he says has planted within u the power, the positive energy, with the help of which we can accomplish almost  anything we want and pull ourselves out of difficult situations.

He advises that through deep mediation one should endeavor to get connected with the positive energy the cosmic current that constantly flows within us.Invoking the power of your will,he says  ,direct your mind to cauterize the cells of negative thinking.Constantly assert in Mediations”By the power of Divine will all my negative tendencies will soon be destroyed”.

Resolve therefore, in the new year that henceforth you shall not be cowed down by any difficult situation that you shall face all adversities with determination and a positive approach and emerge victorious.
